Other Questions:

I work for more than one organization; what do I do?

If you work for more than one company or member organization and need access to Cultural Alliance services on behalf of those organizations, we can help!

First you’ll need to register for a Philaculture account and follow the emailed instructions to verify your email address and add your first organization. After that is done, just follow these steps:

1.  Login to your account and go to your Philaculture Dashboard by clicking the “My Account” link in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage.
2.  From your Dashboard click the “Add an Organization” link found in the left-hand column and follow the instructions to search for or add your additional organizations.

Once you have added the other organizations, you can use the “Access my other organizations” drop down menu found in the left-hand column to switch between organizations. This will allow you to access your Cultural Alliance services and records online for multiple organizations without having to log out of your account.

I don’t work or volunteer for a cultural organization; should I still create a Philaculture account?
Yes! Individuals are still encouraged to create an account and update their preferences in the Philaculture Dashboard. By updating your preferences, you can let us know what topics interest you, which customizes your interaction with the Philaculture website, news articles and alerts.

What does "add an organization" mean?
If you work with an organization that is a Cultural Alliance member, participates in Cultural Alliance programs or uses our services, such as advertising and job postings, adding an organization will allow you to use your Dashboard to manage your interaction with us online.  By adding the organization when you create an account or after you have already registered you will be able to view historical data, change contact information, post job, buy advertising and much more directly from your Dashboard.

What happened to my old Job Bank and Conflict Buster Account?
Good news: If you posted to the Job Bank or Conflict Buster within the past two years, you already have an account on the new Philaculture! To activate your account, simply request a new password with the email you used for your old account, and follow the instructions sent to you via email. Once you have reset your password, you will be able to post jobs to the Job Bank and add events to our brand new ProCalendar.

If it's been longer than two years since you posted to the Job Bank or Conflict Buster, you may need to create a new account. If the system says that it doesn't recognize your e-mail address, you'll need to register for a new account.
