How Do Organizations Apply for a DRPA Cultural Economic Development Grant? To request an application, send a one-page letter describing your intended project to Robert Judge at DRPA (address below). DRPA will review your request and send you an application form. Please note that applications are not available from the Cultural Alliance. Applicants must complete application forms and compile attachment materials. Two copies of the completed application, with all attachments, should be mailed to: Delaware River Port Authority Questions arising during the application process should be directed to: Julie Goodman, Policy Director Applications are accepted by DRPA year-round. Applications deemed eligible by DRPA may be sent back to the Cultural Alliance for further development. At this time, Cultural Alliance staff may request additional information from applicants to enhance the original proposal. Within 30 days of DRPAs request for additional information, completed applications will then be sent back to DRPA for final evaluation. DRPA may request an in-person presentation by the Cultural Alliance and/or applicant representatives as part of its final analysis. Upon approval of grant awards by DRPA, applicants will be notified by the Cultural Alliance. Grantees will be required to sign an award contract and provide proof of expenditures for all grant-related activities before payments are made. Expenditures will be submitted to the Cultural Alliance, and, provided information is sufficient for DRPA purposes, will be reimbursed to grantees within two months of submission. |
