Advertising staff openings at no cost on the Cultural Alliances Job Bank, the online human resources recruiting tool that is the regions definitive listing of jobs in the non-profit cultural industry. 4. Attending a professional development program. The Cultural Alliance offers arts management educational opportunities through its Spring and Fall Program Series. 5. Getting preferred rates on healthcare and directors insurance through the Cultural Alliances discounted member association rates through Independence Blue Cross. 6. Using your annual Cultural Resource Directory, the definitive handbook for anyone in the cultural sector. The Directory lists staff and contact information at member institutions, media, government, and resource agencies, and is given at no cost to members. 7.
