New This Year! Beginning this year, the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) has made all of their Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts funding program names, guidelines, and application forms consistent statewide. This means that the program previously know as 5-County Arts Fund is now called the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA), Project Stream. Just as in previous years, grants of up to $3000 will be administered by the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance and will be awarded to eligible organizations or individuals conducting arts projects in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. The Cultural Alliance remains committed to assisting the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts in providing seed money to artists and arts organizations offering innovative, community-based arts projects in southeastern Pennsylvania through the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts’ Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts program. We also remain committed to our partnerships with other community supporters, including PECO and Montgomery County. These additional supporters and their investments will be added to the PPA awards of Project Stream grantees, according to our agreement with each community funding partner. For more information about the grantmaking programs administered by the Cultural Alliance, please call toll free 866-526-8689, or if you are in the city of Philadelphia, dial 215-557-7811, extension 11. Please Note: Also, new this year are a few changes in eligibility. These changes can be found by clicking here or by reading page 5 of the Project Stream guidelines.
