On Wednesday, April 9th, the Pennsylvania Senate passed budget bill SB 1466 by a vote of 39-8. This bill proposes level funding for the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, with $8.179 million allocated for grants to arts organizations and $886,000 for administration. |
