The Engage 2020 Leadership Program empowers individuals working in arts and cultural organizations by providing unique professional development opportunities that will expose you to the newest ideas and latest techniques while reinforcing the best practices in the field. This program invests in the talent and knowledge of individuals as a way to build a stronger community.
The Engage 2020 Leadership Program consists of group attendance at a national conference, peer to peer learning in pre and post conference meetings, a sponsor support system, and local and national networking opportunities. Scholarships cover all conference registration costs and provide a travel stipend up to $300 for each participant.
Through participation in this program you will gain the skills, strategies, support and relationships to not only grow your own career, but accomplish the goals of your organization and make a difference in your community.
