This program empowers individuals working in arts and cultural organizations by providing a unique professional development opportunity that will expose you to the newest ideas and latest techniques while reinforcing the best practices in the field. This program invests in the talent and knowledge of individuals as a way to build a stronger community.

Please note that participation in this program and scholarships are only available to staff, volunteers or board members of Cultural Alliance Member organizations.
