Please complete your Program Contract and email or fax it to Whitney Roux at whitneyr@philaculture.org or 215-557-7823 by Friday, September 16, 2011.
Remember: Do not register yourself for the conference. The Cultural Alliance will register you with our group.

Travel and Lodging Stipend Reimbursement
As a part of your scholarship, each participant will receive a travel stipend up to $300 from the Cultural Alliance.
To be reimbursed for your travel expenses, please submit your travel and or lodging receipts/confirmations to Whitney Roux by December 1, 2011. Please email them to whitneyr@philaculture.org or via fax to (215) 557-7823. Please indicate who your travel reimbursement check should be made out to, you or your organization.
Submit all of your receipts/confirmations at one time as they will be processed as they are received. Please allow at least two weeks for your reimbursement to be processed.
Louisville Marriott Downtown - Conference Hotel

Room rate: $159 per night plus applicable taxes for single or double rooms. To make reservations, please call 800-533-0127 and identify yourself as part of the “Americans for the Arts” group to receive this discount. You can also reserve your room online. The cut-off date for this room rate is Wednesday, October 13, 2011, and space is limited.
Ground Transportation from the Airport
The Louisville International Airport is located eight miles from the Louisville Marriott Downtown, the conference headquarters. There is no complimentary shuttle service.
Plentiful taxi service is available from the airport. Trips to and from the hotel cost approximately $15-$20.
