2009-2010 Project Stream guidelines.   Project Stream applications must be submitted online via eGRANT.  After completing the online application, you must also send 2 copies of your application form and 1 copy of your support materials to the Cultural Alliance.

 

  

The Project Stream grants program is made possible through the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency. They are funded by the citizens of Pennsylvania through an annual legislative appropriation, and adminstered locally by the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance. The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts is supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency. Additional support for this program is provided by PECO.
