Bucks County Award Recipients

Elephant’s Eye Studio Tour | $2,750
Elephant's Eye brings the public into the private studios of nationally and internationally known contemporary artists living in Bucks County. Tours occur over two weekends in May, are free to the public and feature daily demonstrations. Participating artists meet privately with groups from local schools and senior centers.

Youth Orchestra of Bucks County | $2,564
The Youth Orchestra of Bucks County provides talented young musicians with an advanced classical musical experience to augment their school music programs. YOBC’s Master Class Series, for music students in grades 3-12 offers direct instruction and demonstrations of both the technical and musical aspects of instruments.

The Project Stream grants program is made possible through the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency. They are funded by the citizens of Pennsylvania through an annual legislative appropriation, and adminstered locally by the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance. The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts is supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency. Additional support for this program is provided by PECO.
