The Cultural Alliance has partnered with Gallagher Benefits Services to manage our group health insurance and employee benefit programs. Gallagher strongly identifies with the cultural sector and has made working within our community a priority.

Career Visions - Outplacement and Career Counseling 

In response to the current economic climate, the Cultural Alliance has partnered with Career Visions, a highly respected local firm with strong ties to the nonprofit community, to offer a subsidized outplacement and career counseling package.  The Cultural Alliance has entered into this partnership to help member organizations provide practical, compassionate assistance to employees who face job loss due to downsizing.

Career Visions' Outplacement Services package consists of five one-hour, in-person sessions with additional telephone/email support during the transition and job search. The goal of these sessions is to reduce the stress - and hopefully the length - of the job search by helping the employee to design and implement an effective plan.

Solutions for the Non-Profit - Directors' & Officers' Insurance
