  • Our “bucket is leaking,” with 2 out of 3 patrons not returning to institutions in the following year 
  • Personal practice (including creating music or dance, painting or drawing, and sharing photos, music or videos online) is a gateway to attendance 
  • People of color are engaged and their numbers are growing
