The Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance Awards $400,000 to 80 organizations through the 2025-2026 Creative Sector Flex Fund

Philadelphia, PA—The Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance is pleased to announce the awardees of the 2025-2026 Creative Sector Flex Fund (“CSFF”), a program of PA Creative Industries, powered by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (“PCA"). CSFF provides flexible operating support for Pennsylvania organizations with average annual revenue between $10,000-$200,000. In its third and final round of funding, 80 organizations received $5,000 each, totaling $400,000 in grants to support small arts and culture work across Southeastern Pennsylvania (Bucks, Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties).

Along with adopting its new brand identity as PA Creative Industries, PCA recently adopted a new strategic framework and updated its mission as the statewide agency dedicated to strengthening the Commonwealth through the arts. PA Creative Industries’ new approach calls for sunsetting the CSFF program statewide as of FY27. In its place, PA Creative Industries will administer the Creative Asset Program to provide new, direct, flexible support for small-to-mid-sized arts organizations with average annual revenue between $100K - $2M. Eligible applicants will apply directly to PA Creative Industries

The Greater Philadelphia region has a remarkable concentration of diverse and impactful organizations representing many facets of arts and culture. We express our gratitude to every applicant, and we appreciate the vital work that each organization does for the people of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
