Emerging Leaders Discuss the Barnes Foundation with Ralph Wellington

Twenty members of the recently launched Emerging Leaders Circle of the Cultural Cabinet, a professional development group that promotes leadership and philanthropy in the sector, gathered at the Barnes Foundation on February 10 for a “Lunch & Learn" with Ralph Wellington.

Wellington, a partner at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP and the lead counsel for the Barnes Foundation during the museum’s historic move from Lower Merion to Philadelphia, engaged in a thought-provoking discussion with Emerging Leaders Circle members, shared personal recounts from the trial, and provided insight into why the move was in fact, what “Dr. Barnes would have wanted.”

The “Lunch & Learn" with Ralph Wellington was the first event for the Emerging Leaders Circle in 2017. Details about the next event will be announced soon.
