Compass' mission is to inspire the active engagement of business professionals with their local nonprofits to transform communities. Compass provides pro bono consulting in the following service lines: Board Development, Funding Strategies, Strategic Alignment, and Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations. We serve nonprofits in the following counties of the Greater Philadelphia region: Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery, and—new this year—Camden County, New Jersey.
