The PHILO Project produces high quality professional videos for small nonprofits in the Philadelphia region free of charge.
PHILO will be accepting applications from qualified small nonprofits from April 1st - May 1st, 2017 for the remainder of the 2017 calendar year.
Applicants must be within PHILO's target region and have total yearly budgets of 1 million dollars and under. Categories include Arts and Culture, Education/Children/Elders, Community Action and Health and Wellness.
