2014 Fun Packs Memberships and Subscriptions

Are you looking to increase your advance sales and create an ongoing relationship with new patrons? Then the Funsavers Fun Packs Promotion is for you!  This promotion is a unique opportunity to introduce new patrons to your organization, increase advance sales and earn revenue. After a very successful trial last year we are excited to offer another opportunity to promote subscriptions and memberships in Funsavers! Our Fun Packs subscriptions and memberships promotion sold over 1,500 subscriptions and memberships last year, which brought in over $110,000 for the participating organizations!

Participation in the Funsavers Fun Packs Promotion is open to all Cultural Alliance member organizations who offer subscriptions or memberships. In order to produce this promotion we will need at least 10 organizations to agree to participate. Organizations must offer Funsavers Fun Packs with a 35-50% discount on subscriptions and/or memberships for the 2014-2015 Season.  Subscription packages must include admission to at least 3 performances and Membership must allow for at least 3 admissions.

Assuming we receive enough interest, the promotion will run for three weeks beginning Wednesday, September 3, 2014 and running until Wednesday, September 24, 2014. The deadline to participate in the Funsavers Fun Packs Promotion is Friday, August 15, 2014 at NOON.  Your offer can be limited to specific seating sections, days and/or membership levels. You will have the opportunity to set these parameters when you complete the online participation form.

Fun Packs are set up the same as normal Funsavers, with tickets being sold directly by the Alliance via our ticketing partner Ticketleap. You can also promote an upcoming special event or lead new audiences directly to your website with an ad spot in the Fall Fun Packs emails. Your ad will be included in each Fun Packs email and will also be featured on the Fun Packs page on Phillyfunguide.com. It is only $600 for Cultural Alliance members to advertise in this special promotion with discounts to those who place additional ads on Phillyfunguide.com or Funsavers.
