Future Leadership Program Applications due October 2

Philadelphia has been chosen as one of six cities to partner with National Arts Strategies to host their new Future Leadership Program. Future Leadership is a pilot program for mid-career arts, culture, and preservation professionals that will help refine leadership skills in preparation to take on top executive positions over the next five to seven years.

The Future Leadership program is a fellowship program that provides selected participants with attendance at Sustainable Power and Influence - a one-day leadership development session on November 5; connection to a national network of Future Leadership Fellows; and access to management expertise and advice from National Arts Strategies and the NAS network for one year.

Applications are available online and are due Friday, October 2. To learn more about the Future Leadership Program and the Sustainable Power and Influence session, please visit philaculture.org/programs/professional-development/future-leadership-program
