Anne Marie Rhoades

Anne Marie Rhoades joined the Cultural Alliance as the Director of Policy & Community Engagement in October 2015 and is currently the Vice President of Advocacy & Strategic Partnerships. Prior to this, Anne Marie raised money for and ran political campaigns in Philadelphia and throughout the region, most recently serving as the campaign manager for Allan Domb's successful city council primary race. She has also held the role of Operations Director for New Leaders Council-Philadelphia for the 2014-2015 cycle.

Before moving to Philadelphia for the 2012 presidential re-election campaign, Anne Marie worked as the legislative director for Missouri State Representative Jill Schupp (St. Louis County) and as the communications and policy director for Representative Sara Lampe (Springfield). Her background also includes nonprofit community coalitions and corporate advertising. A native of Southwest Missouri, Anne Marie has a B.A. in Public Relations and Advertising with a concentration in International Comparative Government. 

Anne Marie joined the Cultural Alliance in October, 2015.
