Tessitura Services and Support Specialist

The Philadelphia Regional Arts Consortium, a program administered through The Wilma Theater, seeks a full-time Services and Support Specialist to join our Consortium IT staff, supporting a growing network of 14 member organizations mostly in the Philadelphia region.  Reporting to the Consortium Manager, the Services and Support Specialist is one of a three member technical team and an integral part of our Consortium operations.  Primary duties include application support for users, including first responder to all system down issues outside of business hours, interfacing with hosting provider, consultation services with member organizations for setup and business practices functionality, as well as other responsibilities.  Must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and writing skills.  Previous Tessitura experience is essential; experience with box office and fundraising systems a must.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with computer systems in general 

Salary range low to mid 30’s plus generous benefits package.
