Tom Bonner

Tom holds a master’s degree in Arts Administration from Drexel University, as well as certificates in Arts and Culture Strategy and Project Management from the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University, respectively. As the Director of Community Partnerships, he leads the planning and implementation of the Bloomberg Arts Internship, helps to develop and manage strategic partnerships, and guides quarterly planning at the Cultural Alliance.

Before joining the Cultural Alliance team, Tom was a project management and communications consultant supporting arts, culture and education in Philadelphia and beyond. He has helped to plan and execute dozens of programs and events in partnership with artists, educators and companies from coast to coast.
