Escape Room Game MasterPrimary Duties and Responsibilities: Greets guests, introduces the experience, customizes the music and issues clues. Works closely with the Puzzle Master in making the decisions and re-setting the experience. Recommends ways to improve the game flow and guest experience. Assists the Puzzle Master with their job duties. Become proficient with the Franklin Institute ticketing and reporting system. Assist with Guest Service functions during peak traffic periods as directed by supervisor. Perform basic clerical duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Friendly, upbeat and enthusiastic personality. Passion for drama and music. Ability to work unsupervised in the Escape Room offices. Ability to work flexible weekly schedule. Unscheduled part time, 19 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. |
