Program and Communications CoordinatorIntercultural Journeys seeks a part-time Program and Communications Coordinator to provide general programmatic, administrative, marketing, and communications support. Program support includes working on and with mainstage performances, community engagement events, and educational events, while marketing and communications support involves outreach, social media, and other communications projects. While most of the work of the position can be completed remotely, the coordinator is required to meet in person with staff between 2-4 times per month, and to be present for occasional events held on the weekend or weeknight evenings (usually 1-2 weekend or evening events per month). All required concert or event dates will be communicated 6-8 weeks (or further) in advance. This is a part-time, hourly position with compensation set at $17/hour, and an expectation of 8-10 hours per week. The coordinator reports to the Executive Director. Education/Experience 1-3 years working in a position that you feel prepared you for tasks like the ones listed above. Work experience can include paid experience, internships, volunteer work, or other work that you find qualifying.
