Continuing Education Site Coordinator
Status: Part-time Exempt Position: Continuing Education Site Coordinator Reports To: Associate Dean of Graduate, Professional and Continuing Education - Works With: Continuing Education Program Manager Purpose: This part-time position is responsible for on-site coordination and executional support for the operations of CE youth and adult programs. Position Summary: The Continuing Education Site Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Youth Programs Coordinator and Adult Programs Coordinator in the on-site operations of Continuing Education programing for youth and adults at Moore College of Art and Design. The Continuing Education Site Coordinator works closely with the Program Manager and Program Coordinators to facilitate high quality experiences for program participants. Successful candidates will be involved with the coordination and execution of faculty experiential orientations, program closing ceremonies, workshops, and programming to engage participants, parents, and instructors. The CE Site Coordinator will work with CE staff on site as needed.
This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. The CE Site Coordinator is the frontline of customer service during Weeknight Evening and Saturday programing and events. This individual must exude positivity and enthusiasm when interacting with parents, faculty, students, professionals and prospective students.
The ideal candidate must be a proven self-starter with outstanding organizational and charismatic networking skills with the ability to carry out efforts efficiently while coordinating multiple priorities successfully. Project/program administration or coordination and art/design background is preferred. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, and Excel. Ability to work on Saturdays during business hours, as well as two weekday evenings each session (quarterly) is essential for this position.
