Appraisal Logistics Assistant – Philadelphia Area

We are seeking an Appraisal Logistics Assistant to join our administrative appraisals team based in Conshohocken, PA. This role will primarily provide support to our appraisal management team, as well as our operations team, as needed. The Appraisal Logistics Assistant will provide support to appraisal management team while working in collaboration with our team of experienced appraisers and art advisors.

 

Qualifications:

-       An outstanding work ethic and ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently and effectively

-       Proficiency in writing and editing with an aptitude for consistency and quality in proofreading

-       Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and thoroughly with the team and external business partners and clients

-       Experience with appraisals, art cataloguing or a related field is preferred but not required

-       Knowledge of domestic and international travel logistics/resources including onsite bookings for transportation, lodging and associated details

-       Described by their peers as "detail-oriented," “professional," and "accountable"  

-       Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive managing multiple projects on tight deadlines while internalizing direction 

-       A team player who takes initiative while working autonomously

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·      Assist in scheduling, coordination & follow up with clients, appraisers and business partners for assorted appraisal projects

o   Assisting RAM and RAC with communication to appraisers, including reminders, invoicing details and organization of submitted appraisal materials

·      Assist RAM with booking travel and logistics for all appraisals

o   Communicating with appraisers to confirm details

o   Managing budget with RAM for appraisal related expenses (travel, lodging, etc; administrative resources and appraiser expenses)

·      Assisting the Regional Appraisal Managers (RAM) and Regional Appraisal Coordinators (RAC) in generating appraisal reports and providing reviews and edits as needed

·      Assist in maintaining and updating internal client and business management databases

·      Photoshop, edit, and crop images

·      Coordinate daily interns’ appraisal related workflow, as needed
