Facilities Manager

The Media Theatre is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of the theatre. This is a part-time position that has shifting hours depending on the demands of the theatre at the time. 

 

Job Functions

Effectively communicate building-related issues with management and coworkers

Maintain an adequate inventory of tools, supplies, and parts required to maintain the building

Ensure proper use of chemicals and equipment in facilities maintenance.

Maintain the building and grounds with custodial support as well as performing repairs and general maintenance.

Require little supervision and ongoing support after receiving direction; effectively prioritizes completing work timely and meeting deadlines; take ownership of tasks, follow up and sees through to completion

Candidates should demonstrate a high level of expertise in one or more of these areas, and have broad experience with all aspects of facility management
