Building Manager

Job description: The Unitarian Society of Germantown is seeking a part-time building manager to help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and repairs necessary for our historic and beautiful building and grounds. This is an hourly position estimated at 15-20 hours/week, with scheduling flexibility required.

Responsibilities include: Building maintenance, small repair, and tidying; coordinating larger repair projects with contractors; setting up, staffing, and cleaning up for Sunday services and special events; and maintaining the grounds as seasonally appropriate. This person will have an eye towards keeping the interior and exterior of the building aesthetically-pleasing and free of clutter.
