Associate Audience Services ManagerThe Walnut Street Theatre seeks an Associate Audience Services Manager to support our front-of-house operations. The Associate Audience Services Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe and welcoming experience for attendees to the Mainstage Season, Walnut Street Theatre for Kids series, and special events. Responsibilities include general customer service, gift shop management, database management, and coordinating volunteer ushers. Applicants must have excellent people skills, strong computer skills, be organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, seasonal position starting September 8, 2025 through May 31, 2026. This position requires a 6 day a week schedule, primarily nights and weekends. The salary is $720/week plus excellent benefits. |
