POSITION SUMMARY: The Advancement Project Assistant reports to the Director of Advancement as well as the RBCS CEO. This individual provides logistical and administrative support for the Development and Advancement Department. This includes coordination of board and committee meetings, scheduling, data tracking, and internal communication. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support scheduling, communications, and material preparation for advancement initiatives Track data, attendance, and project milestones Assist with event planning logistics, RSVP tracking, and donor acknowledgment Coordinate logistics and preparation for all RBCS Board and committee meetings, including scheduling, materials, and communication. Provide administrative support and follow-up for board and committee action items, documentation, and compliance requirements. Support the RBCS CEO as needed QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and data management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
