Engagement ManagerThe Media Theatre, an award-winning, non-profit 501c3 professional theatre company, is seeking candidates for the full time position of Engagement Manager.
DESCRIPTION The Engagement Manager serves as the senior staff member who oversees all aspects of the marketing and front of house departments and the financial responsibilities associated with them. Serves as the leader for ushers, box office and concessions staff members to best serve the audiences who come through the door, and is the staff member who is ensuring a hospitable, smooth and efficient guest relation experience via phone, in-person transactions and email. Hires appropriate Box Office associates, coordinates ushers for events, and concessions staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
TIMELINE & COMPENSATION & HOURS The deadline for submissions is Friday, August 15. Ideal candidates are available to begin near or around September 1, though the start date is flexible. The anticipated compensation is between $38,000 - $42,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This is a full time position that will require nights & weekends available, between 30-40 hours per week.
