Teaching Artist for STEAM Afterschool Arts Integration Program

Role: Teaching Artists for STEAM out-of-school time programming  

After School sites: Philadelphia School District schools (See map of sites)

Dates/Times: 

After School Schedule: Monday-Thursday through June 11th, 3-6 pm ET (subject to slight differences per site)

Pay: $25-$30.00 per hour 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the schedule set by PAEP for STEAM programming.
  • Exposing students to differing approaches within your creative disciplines(s).
  • Create and conduct scope and sequence lessons that integrate one or more core academic pillars.
  • Contribute to the creative community by engaging with students during non-creative workshop sessions. 
  • Supply clearances to work within the Philadelphia School District. 
  • Attend PAEP professional development offerings.

This position will be an independent contractor (1099) hired by PAEP with monthly payments. If you are interested, please submit your interests & information here.
