Strategic Planner - Request for ProposalsIntroduction Wolf Performing Arts Center (Wolf PAC), now celebrating its 20th year, empowers young people to find their voice and creativity through theatre. With thriving programs, a successful summer camp, and growing community impact, Wolf PAC is ready to take its next bold step: developing a comprehensive strategic plan. We are seeking experienced partners interested in facilitating this process, which will align our mission, vision, and goals for the next 3–5 years. Purpose of this RFI The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify and screen qualified firms or consultants with experience in nonprofit and/or arts-focused strategic planning. Responses to this RFI will help Wolf PAC create a shortlist of candidates who will then be invited to submit a full proposal through a formal RFP process. Anticipated Scope of Work · Situation assessment (programs, finances, facilities, fundraising, governance). · Mission, Vision, and Values refresh. · Identification of 3–5 strategic priorities (fundraising, camp growth/pricing, facilities/lease strategy, staff and board development, community engagement). · Development of a 3–5 year strategic plan with goals, timelines, and accountability. · Board and staff engagement through workshops and retreats. Interested firms/consultants are asked to provide brief responses (2–3 pages maximum) addressing the following: 1. A short description of your background and relevant experience with nonprofit or arts-focused strategic planning. 2. One or two examples of past projects, including client name and deliverables (attachments or links welcome). 3. A general sense of your budget range for projects of this size/scope. 4. Your availability for a January 2026 project kick-off and completion by August 2026.
