This position offers professional development, mentorship, and leadership growth while playing a key role in shaping the ensemble’s musical direction. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured instruction, leading rehearsals, and preparing vocalists for performances. You will work closely with singers to develop vocal technique, ensure rehearsal efficiency, and help refine musical execution for live and recorded performances. About the Role The Music Program Associate (Instruction & Operations) collaborates with the Executive Director and fellow Music Program Associate to co-lead rehearsals, provide vocal training, and keep the ensemble prepared for performances. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching singers, reinforcing musical skills, and overseeing rehearsal efficiency. This is a shared leadership role with the Music Program Associate (Advising & Musicianship), and together, both MPAs ensure the group is prepared for performances, recording projects, and music video production.
