Lead Teaching Artists (Summer Camp)NLArts is seeking Lead Teaching Artists to join our creative community for the 2026 Summer Camp season in Northern Liberties. The 8-session program serves students entering Kindergarten through 8th Grade, as well as high school aged Junior Counselors. Teaching Artists develop and lead creative arts projects and support outdoor programming in groups separated by age band. Each session theme aligns with NLArts’ Curriculum, encouraging expressive, interdisciplinary, and exploratory experiences. Teaching hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with up to an hour of flexible paid prep time before or after hours. Candidates may apply for specific age groups and weekly sessions based on availability and connection to the theme. Remote and onsite paid safety training will occur prior to the start of camp. Primary Responsibilities / Lead Teaching Artists report and partner with the Camp Director and collaborate with teaching assistants and youth leadership participants. ★ Instruction & Leadership
