Senior Floor ManagerMinistry of Awe (MoA) is Philadelphia’s next cultural jewel — a transformative, interactive art experience set to open in March 2026. Housed in the historic Manufacturer’s National Bank in Old City, the Ministry will be a 6-story, traversable, immersive world exploring themes of value, surveillance, exchange, currency, and humanness. The Senior Floor Manager oversees the daily guest experience, ensuring every visitor is welcomed, oriented, safe, and emotionally engaged. This role leads all front-line teams—ticketing, retail, security, maintenance, performers, and interns—to deliver a seamless, “show-ready” environment where timed-entry flows smoothly, bottlenecks are minimized, and issues are resolved quickly and professionally. This position sets clear service standards, conducts training, and fosters a culture of hospitality and awe. They enforce safety and security protocols, manage incident response and documentation and coordinates closely with facilities and technical teams to maintain exhibit readiness. Through consistent reporting and continuous improvement informed by guest and staff feedback, the Senior Floor Manager ensures the experience is organized, magical, and consistently high-quality. Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) availability is required. Key Responsibilities:
