Baylin Artists Management, located in Doylestown, PA seeks a part-time (30 hrs weekly) Admin Assistant to support all day to day functions of a busy performing arts agency and artist management company. Baylin Artists manages the national touring of an established roster of international and US based artists in theater, world and classical music, and dance.

Responsibilities of the position include answering phones, general administrative duties such as filing, billing, generating calendars, proofreading, managing conference attendance/staff travel, and maintaining office supplies and handling various vendor accounts.This position is heavily involved in managing social media and Constant Contact. The position reports directly to the President and Artist Services.

Candidate must be passionate about the performing arts, be a quick learner, and possess the ability to take direction but function independently. Candidate must be flexible and capable of multi-tasking. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must as this position has regular interaction with clients, performers, and staff.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, Access, and Google Docs is required.

Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
