Arden Theatre Company, an award winning professional theatre in Philadelphia, seeks an Assistant Box Office Manager. They are responsible for assisting the Box Office Manager with the day to day activities of the box office to include exceptional customer service; selling and managing subscriptions, single ticket sales and Arden Drama School registrations; processing financial paperwork and sales reports; creative problem solving and hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of all front of house staff and volunteers.  Applicants should possess excellent phone and interpersonal skills, passion for the arts, a good sense of humor and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Participation in our fast paced environment requires flexible scheduling and nights and weekends.   Prior box office experience is preferred and experience working with the Audience View ticketing system is a plus.
