High-quality music education for Philadelphia students!

Play On Philly (POP) is a non-profit that enriches K-12 students’ lives by providing daily, after-school music instruction in communities that have little to no access to music education.

With over 300 students enrolled in POP’s programs at four Philadelphia-based schools, we are planning to grow our reach so that as many students as possible can experience the joy of learning to play an instrument and perform in ensembles and orchestras.  To help us deliver the best experience to our students and families, we are seeking a Site Assistant for our program at St. Francis de Sales, a K-8 school in West Philadelphia.

The Assistant will also support the Coordinator with parent communication and facilitate early student pick-ups.

This job is ideal for a customer-service minded individual who is comfortable working with both children and adults. Interested candidates should be a self-starter, can manage multiple tasks at the same time and is passionate about social justice, equality, and changing the lives of students.
