WEB MARKETING MANAGER

The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA) has a position opening for a Web Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this position will be responsible primarily for the general front-end update and maintenance of https://www.pafa.org providing support for 10+ content managers throughout the institution. The success of the website and its assets will be used to support the business objectives of the organization: to increase reputation; to increase enrollment for the School’s programs; to boost giving and contributions; to increase attendance to the Museum and to support other revenue streams. Maintenance of the website will include responsibility for tagging and cataloging digital assets. The Web Marketing Manager will be expected to utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate user experience. S/he will be expected to develop and execute campaigns including email, social, content, SEO, PPC, and display advertising.

This position will maintain and update PAFA website, coordinate with 10+ content administrators to update pages, advise and assist with producing digital assets for the website. S/he will assist with enhancing the functionality of both websites and other multimedia outreach efforts, including video content, email marketing, and mobile marketing. S/he will advise and implement an SEO and SEM strategy, evaluate and report on new social media platforms in which to engage, research and report on online opportunities to promote PAFA, and track and report on site metrics through Google Analytics. Ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualified candidates will posses a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related field, and have 3-5 years digital marketing experience minimum. S/he will have experience with marketing technologies including marketing automation/email marketing, CRM, CMS, and web analytics. Familiarity with basic HTML and open source content management system is a must. Experience in SEO is expected. Excellent organizational, written and oral communications skills are a must. Qualified candidates will have proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Education Level: 
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related field.
