Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance

Looking to Increase Your Audience? Join Audience Analytics!

Audience Analytics (formerly known as the List Co-Op) is a strategic audience-development tool that helps arts and cultural organizations better understand and deepen their relationships with their current audiences and gain insight and access to potential new audiences. The tool is based on a community database of arts and cultural consumers compiled from participating organizations and exists in eMerge, an online tool developed by our partner on this program, TRG Arts. Check out our new features:

1) There are two levels participation from which to choose.

The Standard Account provides:

  • access to the online eMerge system
  • analytic reports including the free demographic report, crossover report and zip penetration report
  • training sessions
  • quarterly NCOA cleanings
  • simplified list trading process with other groups (100% permission based)
  • the chance to upload/refresh your data twice a year.
Cost: FREE for all Cultural Alliance members, fee for non-members.

The Advanced Account includes everything above, plus:

  • unlimited access to the Data Upload Wizard
  • access to advanced reports including response report or key metric report
  • a tailored workshop on direct marketing best practices with TRG Arts.
Cost: sliding-scale fee based on your organizational budget.

2) Participation is also now open to non-members, which includes for-profit organizations. Non-members interested in participating in Audience Analytics must have the majority of their programming dedicated to arts and cultural activities. By broadening the types of organizations who participate, we hope to increase the pool of cultural consumers and increase our understanding of attendance trends.

3) The Micro Grants for Direct Mail Innovation are available to Audience Analytics participants.  The Cultural Alliance is offering a brand new micro grant opportunity to help fund experiments and innovation in direct-mail marketing strategies. Grants will be awarded in amounts no greater than $4,000 to organizations that are current participants in the 2014 Audience Analytics program and who have an innovative idea for their direct-marketing strategies and want some money to test it. Click here to learn more about the guidelines and to download an application.

The next deadline for "open enrollment" to join Audience Analytics is November 1, 2013. For information on how to join Audience Analytics visit philaculture.org/audienceanalytics or contact Britney Hines, Program Coordinator, at britneyh@philaculture.org or (215) 399-3524.

The Audience Analytics program is supported by The Pew Charitable Trusts.
