Arden Theatre Company

The Award-Winning Arden Theatre Company is seeking hardworking and committed applicants for its Dr. Mindy Goldberg Rose Internship. This paid internship offers students and emerging professionals the opportunity to work alongside Arden professionals in various departments. Through hands-on learning, you will walk away with a deeper understanding of the field and professional connections at one of Philadelphia's premier theatres. 

 

Eligibility and Compensation

Paid internship applications are being accepted now for Arden’s 2025/26 season. Selected participants must be available to participate for a twelve-week period, working up to 20 hours-per-week at a rate of $12/hour. Internships are open to early professionals interested in beginning careers in performing arts management, administration, and/or arts education. Internships may be for credit with a student’s college or university, or for academic purposes with a student’s academic coursework, but credit is not required. Internships typically are available in the following areas:

  • General Management
  • Production
  • Marketing and Public Relations
  • Development (Special Events & Fundraising)
  • Education
