Position Overview: 

The Executive Assistant to the VP of Shows & Events plays a pivotal role in supporting the leadership and operational success of the Philadelphia Flower Show and related initiatives. This position ensures the VP’s time, communications, and priorities are effectively managed, enabling both smooth day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.

For 68 years, we have worked to protect and restore nature in the Wissahickon Valley, preserving nearly 1,300 acres of critical open space, building 24 miles of trails for public access, and protecting the health of the Wissahickon Creek. We are seeking a new member of our team who will have the opportunity to impact local environmental conservation and improve the quality of life in the Wissahickon Valley.

River Maintenance Technician

Summary: The Operations Assistant has a supportive role for the operations team. The qualified candidate should have prior experience in event operations. The applicant would be expected to be hybrid with mandatory office days and also participate in planning meetings, on-site meetings, as well as having a full-time onsite presence during the load-in period, show days and load-out period.
