Enter the Collaboratory: An Interactive Think-Jam for Increasing Arts Attendance

With guest presenter Maureen Craig

What do ordinary Philadelphians really think about arts & culture, and what would get them to participate more often? Hear in consumers' own words what excites them, bores them, amuses them, confuses them, teaches them, frustrates them and inspires them.

In June 2009, national brand strategist Maureen Craig conducted 12 focus groups with urban and suburban residents of multiple ages and ethnicities in Greater Philadelphia. Now you have a chance to not only hear their voices, but to actively develop practical ideas to engage new audiences for your organization. Maureen will share her findings from these consumer focus groups that were conducted this spring and included in the Cultural Alliance's recent publication Research Into Action – Pathways to New Opportunities.

Maureen Craig's electric presentation, strategic insights and action-oriented format will make this a very fun, informative, and productive half-day. Each session is limited to 40 people. However we are offering this session three times to maximize attendance opportunities. They are likely to sell out so register early.

The Cultural Alliance is also committed to making sure that everyone who works with or is thinking about the consumer; from executive and artistic leadership to marketing and customer service staff has access to this material. To support team-based participation, we are offering 50% off registrations for additional attendees from a single organization. See details below.
