This role is ideal for an early-career audio engineer, producer, or technically skilled musician eager to develop leadership experience in vocal production, collaborative audio workflows, and music-video-driven projects. You’ll work closely with the executive team to support recorded performances and music videos, transforming multitrack vocal recordings into polished, video-ready audio. This is a volunteer position with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role over time. Singers based in the Greater Philadelphia area are encouraged to audition and join the group as performing members, though neither ensemble membership nor local residence are required for this role.
