The Assistant Director of Group Sales will oversee strategy, planning, and execution of The Franklin Institute’s Contact Center, with a primary focus on Group Sales. This position will lead the daily operation of the Contact Center, which is TFI’s hub for guest communication and advance ticket sales, as well as managing and reporting the Admission Department’s funds. This is a critical role at The Franklin Institute that establishes the TFI customer experience by creating a culture of best-in-class pre- and post-visit service.

Summary

The Program Manager of Cultural Arts is responsible for supporting the mission of SpArc Services by working alongside the program manager and director, CPS Day Program to develop and manage all aspects of the cultural arts programming, including successful implementation of community events, expanding partnerships, and enhanced programming.

Depending on the nature and level of the successful applicant’s skills and experience, the Director of Administration (or Senior Director of Administration) will provide leadership in Heritage Conservancy’s operations, including financial management, human resources, office and IT management, facilities coordination, and risk management. This position interacts with our Board of Directors, reports to Heritage Conservancy’s President, and oversees multiple team members in the organization. 

The Program Coordinator provides general office support for the organization and specialized assistance for the organization’s conservation acquisition and stewardship teams. Strong organizational skills are a must for this position, which is a critical part of Heritage Conservancy’s daily operations and essential to our land conservation efforts throughout the region.

 The Accounting Assistant is an entry-level position in the organization’s Finance team that supports Finance team members with routine administrative and basic accounting tasks. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the Finance team’s Contract and Administration Manager by reviewing vendor support documentation for completeness to ensure they meet vendor invoicing requirements. Supported program include PHS’s Workforce Development and Landcare programs, and others, as needed.
