Strengthening Your Social Net Workshop - July 21

July 21, 2011 - 5:30am

Do you wonder if you’re communicating consistently, clearly and compellingly with your patrons and fans? Do you struggle to measure the ROI of your digital efforts? Are you concerned about how to sustain and improve the effectiveness of what you're doing digitally? You’re not alone. Attend this session by Trudel MacPherson Arts Consultants to learn how you can create an integrated digital communications plan and strengthen your social net.

Trudel | MacPherson Arts Consultants developed a national survey--How Strong is Your Social Net?--that measures messaging alignment, resource allocation and communications effectiveness of arts organizations to help answer some of these questions and develop a framework to  create a meaningful digital communications plan that includes web, email, social media, and more.

In this two hour session, attendees will hear the results and implications of the How Strong is Your Social Net? survey from the Greater Philadelphia respondents compared with trends from findings for the entire national sample. Attendees will also receive a digital communications matrix planning tool and see examples of how arts and cultural organizations can use the planning tool to align digital communications as part of the overall mission and identity of their organization. You do not need to have completed the survey to attend this session.

Trudel | MacPherson (T | M) enables nonprofits, public agencies, arts and membership organizations to stand out from the crowd. T | M consultants  guide brand development and stakeholder and marketing outreach, using multiple online and traditional communications channels; direct constituency engagement, event management, and peer learning opportunities. Workshops are supported by The Wallace Foundation and The Philadelphia Foundation and are a program of the Cultural Alliance’s research and marketing initiative Engage 2020. Engage 2020 is sponsored by a lead grant from The Pew Charitable Trusts, with additional support from The Wallace Foundation and The Philadelphia Foundation.
