Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Touring and Artist Management, the Artist Liaison is responsible for the servicing of performance engagements for artists on the artist management roster and for providing administrative support for the Vice President, Touring and Artist Management. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and problem-solve under pressure; will be highly organized and detail-oriented; will have strong written and verbal communication skills; and will have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and projects. The ideal candidate will have schedule flexibility to work additional hours, be on-call, and occasionally travel on tour.

About the Department

The Artist Liaison will serve as a key player in an expanding Touring and Artist Management department which supports two primary artistic functions: Curtis on Tour and artist management for professional artists. The department is responsible for the general artist management and booking representation of the Dover Quartet and pianist Michelle Cann, and it continues to oversee Curtis on Tour, the Nina von Maltzahn global touring initiative
