Reporting to the Production & Facilities Manager, the Production & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the management, coordination, and supervision of all events at the Iron Gate Theatre.

This role is part of the Penn Live Arts Production Department and will work most often at the Iron Gate Theater, but could be called on, as needed, to work in other Penn Live Arts venues. This role will be required to work autonomously at times, under the direction of the Production & Facilities Manager.

Opportunity Overview

Under the direction of the Center for Performing and Cinematic Arts (CPCA) Assistant Dean of Recruiting and Admissions, the Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for managing a range of administrative tasks and outreach focused on student recruitment and admissions for the undergraduate and graduate programs with a primary focus on the Dance Department in the Boyer College of Music and Dance. Coordinates audition days for the Dance Department and other Boyer College programs as needed. Works with music and dance applicants, faculty, and staff to process admissions materials.

Summary 

Girls First is currently seeking a Dance Teaching Artist for our Outreach afterschool programming in Chester on Thursdays between the hours of 3:30-5:30pm.  Lessons are in-person at our Outreach partner locations.

Penn Live Arts seeks an experienced teaching artist to lead pre-performance visits to K-12 schools prior to MOMIX: Alice, a matinee performance by MOMIX on December 12, 2025. Visits will take place during the weeks of December 1 and December 8, 2025. 

We are seeking a passionate, committed Choir Teaching Artist for the upcoming school year at our Music Centers located in West Philadelphia. This person will lead choral classes while working on repertoire, strengthening aural skills, and encouraging musicianship that ultimately supports students’ progress on their instruments and orchestral growth.
