The Philadelphia Sinfonia Association seeks a motivated, organized, dynamic individual with significant administrative experience to provide leadership and oversight of all aspects of the organization to support and further its mission.
Performance Garage, a non-profit dance center and theater in Philadelphia, in its 21st year of serving the Philadelphia dance community, seeks a dedicated, organized full-time Managing Director. The Performance Garage serves as a home for dance artists and dance making with classes, rehearsals, and intimate performances.
The Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) will play an integral role in (1) the oversight and growth of Westphal College’s DEI initiatives; (2) ensuring the success of the College’s implementation of efforts recommended in the University’s Anti-Racism Taskforce’s report; and (3) leading new initiatives that advance the College’s DEI goals.
The Artistic Programming Intern will assist the Programming Department in meeting the individual and logistical needs of presented and independent artists.
Responsibilities may include: Data entry, scheduling assistance, helping with building maintenance and general upkeep issues, coordinate and follow up with facility needs. Fielding ticket and membership inquiry calls; assisting with front of house operations at venues; coordinating volunteers for events; other administrative support as needed.
The Podcast Production Intern will work with the Marketing and Communications Department to manage the research, production, post-production, and branding of the FringeArts podcast, Happy Hour on the Fringe, and other audiovisual needs.
The Marketing Intern will provide promotional support for the Marketing & Communications department by engaging new and existing audiences. Working collaboratively with the Marketing & Communications team, they will develop and implement strategies to sell tickets, provide resources for patrons, and increase accessibility to all members of the public.
The Graphic Design Intern will provide promotional support to the Marketing & Communications department by developing and maintaining the visual identity of FringeArts. Working collaboratively with the Marketing & Communications team, they will be provided a great deal of creative freedom in developing promotional materials for both print and digital marketing.
Position Summary:
The Audience Service/Box Office/ Front of House (FOH) Manager maintains the daily operations of The John and Joan Mullen Center for the Performing Arts box office and front of house duties.
