Summary:

This position is responsible for protecting, safeguarding, and securing assets, staff, patrons, and all visitors at Ensemble Arts Philly while under the direct supervision of a Security Supervisor or Security Manager. The officer also engages with the public, artists, staff, and guests, supporting their experiences and meeting their objectives through customer service at a high level.

Summary:
The Audience Services Associate is responsible for providing superlative customer service to all guests by adhering to the Mission, Vision and Values of Ensemble Arts Philly. 

Upper Dublin Public Library (UDPL) is seeking a creative and collaborative Programming Assistant to deliver engaging, inspiring enrichment opportunities. This limited-term (with potential for extension or renewal), part-time position (22–25 hours per week), including periodic night and weekend hours, begins immediately.

As a member of the Library’s Community Engagement Team, this Programming Assistant position supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of programs primarily for adults, while providing secondary support for programs serving general audiences, families, and children. A key focus of this role is supporting UDPL’s highly successful Adult Discovery & Learning series, offered three seasons per year with four- to six-week courses on topics such as history, current events, art, music, and performance. This flagship program draws approximately 750 attendees annually and is central to the Library’s adult education mission.

Other responsibilities may include supporting high-profile bestselling author events, which connect readers with writers and contributing to a wide range of hands-on learning opportunities, including programs in fabric arts, science, technology, and other creative and educational disciplines. Alongside programming, the role actively engages in partnership building and community outreach to expand the Library’s reach and impact.

The Production Intern will participate in load-ins, load-outs, and running of shows and events on the mainstage as well as in the studio, restaurant, and biergarten. They will also aid the Production department with administrative and maintenance tasks.

This position is available for the Spring 2026 Term with an ASAP start date.

The Programming Intern will assist the Programming Department in meeting the individual and logistical needs of presented and independent artists. This position is ideal for someone with experience in events programming and artist relations, with an interest in contemporary live art on a local and international scale. The Programming Intern often interfaces with artists and as such a knowledge of and curiosity about contemporary performance across the genres of dance, theater, music, comedy, cabaret, and circus is essential.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, DELAWARE COUNTY YOUTH ORCHESTRAS

Reporting to the Executive Artistic Director and the Board, the DO is responsible for the overall management of the operations and logistics of the organization. This part time role averages 10-15 hours per week, with the bulk of activities during September to May and reduced hours in June to August. Noteworthy Philadelphia is seeking a Visual Performance Coordinator to shape the stage presence and movement of our dynamic vocal ensemble. This role is ideal for an early-career creative or recent graduate eager to develop leadership experience in movement direction, staging, and performance aesthetics. You'll work closely with the executive team to enhance live performances and music videos, from expressive stage presence to full choreography for select pieces. This is a volunteer position with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role over time. Must be able to sing and join the group as a performing member.
