PECO is seeking panelists to read and deliberate on grant applications for its 2024 grants program, PECO Powering the Arts.  Now, in its third year, this annual grant opportunity helps community-based arts and non-arts groups with funds for projects geared towards attracting new and diverse audiences by reducing barriers to their participation. PECO recognizes those arts organizations that seek to create equitable access to the arts through arts education, engagement, and participation-- all essential elements of enhancing the quality of our lives and communities.

• Manages the month-end closing process to ensure timely financial statement reporting, including reconciliation of all bank and investment accounts.
• Produces monthly financial statements, including Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Activities by restriction, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Functional Expenses.
• Reviews departmental budget vs. actual reports monthly, identifies and reports variances, and works with appropriate department personnel to ensure compliance.

The Curtis Institute of Music is seeking supernumeraries for our spring production of The Cunning Little Vixen by Leoš Janacek presented at Ensemble Art's Perelman Theatre. The director's concept for this production is one that requires some intergenerational moments and as such, he would like us to engage some adults to serve as supernumeraries.

In particular, we are seeking adults in the 55 + age range that are comfortable with dancing/movement onstage. Below is a breakdown of the rehearsal and performance schedule:

The Media Theatre is seeking a part time Bookkeeper.

The Bookkeeper is responsible for providing effective and efficient bookkeeping operations in accordance with current standards for non-profit organizations. Expected hours 20-25 hours per week. Provides the Theatre’s current Senior staff and Board of Directors with efficient professional services that include:

-Ensures accurate, complete, and timely receipt of revenues (earned and unearned)

-Receives, evaluates, and processes all requests for payment

Darlington Arts Center (DAC) was founded in 1978 on the unique vision of including all four arts disciplines–music, visual arts, dance, and drama– in one space with an emphasis on multi-disciplinary programming. About Our Organization Performance Garage, a non-profit dance center and theater, is in its 24th year of serving the Philadelphia dance community whose mission is to create an environment that nurtures dance artists and facilitates the building of a broader audience for dance in Philadelphia. We serve approximately twenty thousand people per year. As an incubator and hub for local dance talent, the Performance Garage offers subsidized rental rates for artists to host their classes, workshops, rehearsals, and performances, as well as a free after-school dance program for youth.
