Podcast Production Internship

The Podcast Production Intern will work with the Marketing and Communications Department to manage the research, production, post-production, and branding of the FringeArts podcast, Happy Hour on the Fringe, and other audiovisual needs.

Responsibilities may include: Communicating with podcast guests about recording times and publish dates, researching podcast guests and presenting information to the hosts for each episode, preparing the recording space and operating recording equipment, editing recordings for publishing, preparing transcriptions of episodes, maintaining the publishing schedule, assisting with other audiovisual projects as needed.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written skills, is detail oriented and organized, is able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently, and is adaptable to change. Experience with Adobe Premiere, Bandcamp, Audacity, Anchor, and/or other audio editing software is preferred.

Position: 1 open, unpaid internship, available for college credit

Dates:  September-December

Hours: 15-20 hours per week preferred.
